Known for visionary and innovative leadership, Dr. Maida is looked to by industry leaders to provide outcome oriented advisement. She is a veteran entrepreneur, a leader in government and non-profit advancement, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at St. John's University (Criminal Justice, Legal Studies and Homeland Security). She is trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic methods such as EMDR and holds multiple certifications including John's Hopkin's Danger Assessment. Dr. Maida holds a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and earned a doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College. As a psychotherapist, she has been in private practice for over 30 years. She is the recipient of a variety of awards and commendations which include those awarded by executive members of government and the New York State Legislature.
